Dr. James To grew up in California and graduated from Tufts Dental University in Boston. After practicing a year in Boston, he relocated to Northwest to be close to his family. Dr. To performs all phases of general dentistry including root canals, placing implants, and cosmetic dentistry. He believes patient education is the key to retaining good oral health. He also feels it is important to have his patients feel comfortable with him by good communication and understanding of their needs.

During his free time, Dr. To enjoys golfing, traveling, and watching sports.
